Privacy Policy

We collect two categories of information:

• Information you provide directly. When you use a contact form on our site, you may provide your name, email address, and the content of your message. You may also indicate whether you would like to receive occasional updates from us by selecting the marketing opt-in checkbox on our forms.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit immunomatics.com, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard web-server information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used in aggregate to understand site traffic patterns.

• To respond to questions, requests, and messages submitted through our contact forms.
• To send you occasional updates about Immunomatics, our work, and related news, but only if you have affirmatively opted in to receive them.
• To understand how visitors use our website and to improve its content, structure, and performance.
• To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only in the limited circumstances described below.

• Service providers. We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to help operate the website and communicate with subscribers. These include Vercel (site hosting), Google Analytics (web analytics), and one or more email service providers used to send transactional and marketing messages. These providers may process your information on our behalf and are subject to their own privacy policies and to contractual obligations to protect your information.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other lawful process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• Business transfers. If Immunomatics is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the terms of this policy or a successor policy.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable core site functionality and to collect anonymous analytics through Google Analytics. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are being visited and how visitors move through the site, in aggregate.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the site. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent your visits from being counted in our analytics.

We only send marketing emails to individuals who have affirmatively opted in to receive them, typically by checking the marketing opt-in box on one of our contact forms.

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking that link, or by writing to us at privacy@immunomatics.com. We will honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not affect transactional communications, such as replies to a message you sent us through a contact form.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your requests, comply with our legal and record-keeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion of information, or to opt out of certain uses.

We use commercially reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, and alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet or storage system is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top and post the updated policy on this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently as required by law.
